High power industrial chiller system can satisfy demanding cooling requirement for CO2 laser cutting system up to 800W. A 170L big stainless steel water tank has been specifically designed for process cooling applications. It allows high water flow rates with low pressure drops and ensures a reliable operation even in demanding applications. CW-7800 water chiller offers temperature stability of ±1℃, temperature range of the fluid from 5℃ up to 35℃, max ambient temperature up to 45℃ and the refrigeration capacity of 25300W. Water temperature can be set with an intelligent temperature controller and the water chiller system is monitored for multiple alarms. Modbus-485 communication protocol is supported to enable communication between the chiller and the laser system.
