Installation Instructions:

1.Connect the positive and negative stage of the laser tube with the positive and negative stage ofthe power supply (the end of the spiral tube in the rear is the positive stage), and do a good job ofinsulation.

2.Connect the inlet and outlet of the laser tube,and pay attention to the water-through principle of"low in and high out" (see reverse).

3.Open the water circulation, make the cooling water fill the entire waterway, rotate or shake thelaser tube to discharge all the bubbles, otherwise it may cause the pipe to burst.

4.Turn on jog, the laser tube produces light normally, rotate or adjust the position of the laser tubeto play the best spot to the middle of the first reflector.

5. lf the optical path is not correct, adjust the position of the laser lens until the optical pathadjustment is completed, and the laser hits the surface of the material vertically.

6.When the laser tube is just started, it is generally adjusted to 50-60% of the power for work(according to the actual use, it can be adjusted).
