JPT M7 series high power pulsed fiber lasers make use of master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration, and show excellent laser performance as well as high level of temporal pulse shaping controllability. As compared to theQ-switching technology, the pulse repetition frequency (PRF) and pulse width can be controlled  independently in MOPA configuration, through adjusting different combination of the above parameters, the peak power of laser can be well maintained. And enable JPT  laser suitable for more material processing which Q-switch limited. The higher  output power makes its advantages especially in high speed marking applications.

RS-232 Control Interface

The R$-232 control interface of the laser can be used to connect a computer or a red card.After the interface is connected, the user can use GUl software, serial commands or a redcard to monitor and control the laser, The pins of the control interface are defned as follows:

DB25 Control Interface

The DB25 control interface of the laser is generally used to connect the marking controlboard. The pins of the control interface are defned as follows:

9 Power latch signal, the rising edge is valid (this function can be enabled in the GUl)
10-15

GND

Note: The 10-15 pins have been connected to each other inside thelaser, and the GND of the marking card should be connected to atleast one of the pins

Laser feedback signal

Note: 16 is low level, 21 is high level: normal

16 is low level, 21 is low level: laser temperature alarm

Laser PA switch on signal

Note: high level is on, low level is off

Emergency stop signal

Note: High level is normal, low level emergency stop is effectiveThe emergency stop signal is low frst and then high, it needs todetect the rising edge of MO before it can emit light again

Note 1:The voltage amplitude requirements of the DB25 control interface: high level range >4.6V, <5.4V; low level range≥0V, <0.5V.

Note 2:The priority of the red light PIN22 signal is higher than the MO and PA signals. When the PIN22 signal is high, the MO and PA signals will be automatically closed internally. After the PIN22 signal is low, restart the MO and PA to emit laser;
